California State Senator Roy Ashburn Arrested For DUI
California Senator Roy Ashburn was arrested for
DWI after leaving a gay nightclub. The veteran lawmaker's car was seen weaving around two a.m. Senator Ashburn had the classic signs of intoxication: bloodshot, watery eyes and he smelled of alcohol. His blood alcohol level was reported at .14 percent--nearly twice the legal limit in California.
