Former San Antonio Officer Charged With DWI
Winder Morales, a former San Antonio police officer, accidentally killed a civilian in 2006. A Bexar County grand jury did not indict him in that accident because he was on-duty at the time. However, in November 2009, he was driving in an unmarked police car and was off duty when he crashed into a traffic barrier. Morales rolled the car.
