Man Arrested Twice In One Night For DWI
Two different police agencies arrested the same man in one night for DWI. At 4:30 in the morning, Connecticut State Police Troop stopped a car for failing to have his rear light properly illuminated. During the traffic stop, the police believed that the man was intoxicated and administered
field sobriety tests.
After further investigation, it was determined that the man was arrested a few hours earlier by a different police agency for DWI. His driving privileges were revoked after the first DWI.
