Man Arrested For Boating While Intoxicated
A 60 year old man was arrested for Boating While Intoxicated on Lake Travis in Austin, Texas this past Friday. Rangers with the Lower Colorado River Authority stopped him for a boat inspection and found two open bottles of wine and a bottle of Jim Beam. The LCRA Rangers described the man as having the classic signs of intoxication--
bloodshot watery eyes, strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech, and staggering.
